Purchased some wine glasses from here. Huge discount and amazing quality, was never sent a dispatch notice but only took. Week to arrive. Did try to visit the store but they had changed their hours on the door manually stating opening at 11.

Awesome service ordered on the 18th December (Friday night) a Christmas item and it was delivered on the 23rd Dec in the morning. So happy that it arrived in time for Christmas when it was past the cut off point for Christmas delivery. Well Done V&B.
Loved the range of products. Prices were reasonable particularly as they had a sale on. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy parking under building.
The Vileroy & Boch Omnia series for toilet systems seem to have a recurring problem of cracking. I have an Omnia Pro pedestal basin which had started fine cracking in the basin not long after warranty had expired, though I suspect warranty may not have gotten anywhere. Sounds like a faulty batch of ceramic mix or glaze. The Omnia range has been discontinued, but it's a bit late for victims. For something rather pricey, the fault in manufacture from a company that's held in high regard as V&B, is inexcusable.
Quality housewares at reasonable prices for the quality. Even better value during sale time.
