Wonder Woman

Had my son's 5th birthday party and i want to commend the staff for their attentiveness. Everything was on time and went smoothly. The parents enjoyed the party as much as the kids! Was a great birthday party and was very happy with everything. Definitely come again. Hope the staff enjoyed the Jurassic world mud cake!

Not safe place... they should cover the concrete wall with something soft...and one more thing they should separate place for children and limit the people for jumping....

Great place for kids and adults to have fun and exercise. Most staff are doing a great job, peticularly Chantelle kindly and helpfully answers all my son's questions about the ninja class today while considering for others safety. Highly recommended

Another tick for flipout..I’ve. Had my son,s birthday at flipout villawood and most recent my daughter,s birthday..All I can say is flipout are so lucky that they have such good staff that work there..They are young but have such good heads on there shoulders..Mature polite a passion for what they do..Always greet us with smiles and have such positive attitudes..Always talking to the children with lots of love and patience..If I worked at this organisation surrounded by this kind of staff It would be a pleasure and a hounor especially the staff that was working on that night 6-3-21..You have adults that don’t share the same passion and personality that these young individuals have.They have such good communication between themselves and not once did I hear a complaint from them in regards to anything...So well done and my daughter and all her friends had a ball and so did the mums and dads..I will always recommend flipout in villawood..A special thank u to Ayah,Melissa,Josh,LusiaAlex,Natalia,Nicholas and Jayden..If I was your employer you would be all getting a pay increase..Real asset to your company flipout well done to all of you regards Charlie Hanna..

Rude staff member she was just following us around and not letting my son to play simply not having flip out socks. My son was wearing normal socks they want you to buy their socks another way of making revenue for the business not going there again and not recommending to others

Absolutely filthy. Went months back and it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The trampolines were also super sticky especially on the padded edges which was clearly everyone’s sweat just building up and never wiped down. Disappointing as the website promotes full cleaning especially due to COVID which is why we decided to visit with our toddler hoping it would be as clean as they say. I sent an email months ago regarding this and didn’t even get a response therefore I decided to write a review publicly.
