CHERRY ROSE!!!, is the most disrespectful and rudest human being i have ever met, completely does not care what you have to say or want to say. extremely stubborn and would not let me speak at all on the phone besides her shouting and wanting to ending the call. i could not believe myself that someone can be so rude. No wonder why disputes never want to be resolved cause she does not care at all or want to listen.

Cherry from VSBC is an example of people who is beautiful\u200b from inside out especially\u200b when you\u200b asked yourself what is it for to be a human being and the answer is to help other people with your wisdom and knowledge when other people need your help the most and they have no where else to go to. My wife and I we could not choose the race we born and always got taken advantage and got treated unfairly by being born from a different\u200b country. Our landlord's agent told us to pay bills that they gave access to other units they own in the building. The contract is not very clear but definitely\u200b we don't have to pay for other units. Cherry gave us advice with kindness, without judgement on race, we are now on the right track and hope for a result that is fair for everyone. Thanks again :)\u200b

An appalling, unhelpful and time-wasting body that prevents tenants from having any meaningful recourse against bullying and negligent landlords. There clear intent of this body is to prevent any resolution of a matter by making the victim suffer and giving up. What a waste of resources and time for everyone concerned. Almost 9 months on and absolutely no assistance, help or progress.

For the benefit of the small business commissioner, i want to show how easy it is to damage a business reputation by leaving one star review....Using Google's review system, it's possible to leave slanderous and defamatory comments about any business. Google doesn't provide adequate measures to check or remove bad reviews.

Unhelpful, unprofessional, waste of time. The mediator was totally out of line and offensive to me and the situation.
