My grandma used to live here. The staff provided awesome care to her at her last days. She was well taken care of and well loved by the facility. The manager allowed us to stay overnight to accompany her at her last few days. My family really appreciated the manager's kindness, allowing us stay there to spend the last time with my grandma. I highly recommend this facility to all the Chinese elderly.

Great management people and well trained staffs. Absolutely recommend this place. During this difficult period of covid-19, the victorian elderly chinese hostel has shown its extreme professionalism in guarding the safety of the residents well. I am very grateful that my mum chose this place.

I love that all the staff is caring, kind and understanding, they are also very professional, they take care my mum very well, her health has been improved a lot since the first time she went in to VECH. I really appreciate all the care that they have given for my mum. Highly recommended Aged care.
