Got the floating flooring installed into my apartment. Lots of the boards were raised and heaps of gaps in between. When I requested for them to be fixed the management team said that these gaps were normal and under tolerable differences. However it is clear they hadn’t leveled the floor properly underneath. Once trying to pursue further management refused to answer my calls or reply to my emails. Would NOT recommend.

We contracted Vic. Designers Floors on two occasions. First it was to renew our staircase, and the second time it was to install parquetry. On both occasions we received expert advice for John and Danny. Both took the time to visit our place and discuss the different projects at length with us. The whole installation is handled by the very responsive and caring Francesca. The professionals coming to our place were extremely competent and willing to help. We have been looking at several competitors in the area and beyond and believe that the pricing from VDF is extremely competitive given the quality of the craftsmanship. I can only recommend highly this flooring company.
