The customer service was non existent, None of the sushi on the train was fresh had been on there for hours, so much so the avocado was visually soggy. Nothing was fresh. We ordered something so it was fresh, even then the rice was questionable. So we went a few doors down to the Dumpling Place. There is no way they would be meeting basic health standards. Never again!!

Sushi is fresh, great prices.. However staff are fairly disinterested - seems to have been a lot of turnover, and this is bringing the customer service down significantly.

Great customer service, very friendly and patient with customers. food service was quick and the food is great. very affordable prices. the workers are very friendly and love to engage in conversations, over all the atmosphere is great here.

We will never dine here again after finding live maggots crawling in our freshly made sushi. No apology offered and they still expected us to pay lol there was no way I was paying for that we were all sick to our stomach and promptly walked out the door. The food was never that good but was convenient. Staff are rude and might as well not even be there as they don't seem to actually do anything. I only wish I had taken a photo of the maggots, I think we were all just in shock and had to leave before we threw up

I went for dinner on Wednesday night and the restaurant was completely full but to my surprise there was only one waitress working. There should or been at least two or three waitresses judging by how many customers there were. The food was great even though it took a while. Lots of people were leaving due to the fact that there was no sushi on the train and not enough staff to serve everyone, I honestly felt bad for the waitress having to deal with the rude people. I also walked past on my way to the cinemas on Thursday night and the restaurant was full again with the same one waitress working! You would think they would learn to put more people on but I guess not! This restaurant must be very understaffed judging from my experience but I will definitely not be returning.

The staff were very slow to see if we wanted drinks - just not the same atmosphere as regular sushi joints. I’m not 100% sure but I felt sick the days after eating. Would not dine here again.

Stay away! Very poor quality sushi, the worst salmon and avocado roll I ever had. Salmon was chewy and flavourless, membrane was not removed. Rice was also mushy. no skill or technique here.
