The eye test was done by an asian lady I have always had James for several years The lady advised me to also get sunglasses..dont know why anyway the sunglasses make me feel sick when I wear them went back to specsavers only to be told theres nothing that she can do so its a total waist!I wont be going back again..

Got glasses from here, hurt my eyes for months. Optometrist allows retail staff to order lenses and get it soooo wrong. I had a friend that worked at spec savers Vic Park. Kerry told me that they have to wear blank spectacles and that the franchise owners only pay low wages and always try to pass off untrained staff as trained! A local optometrist

Unfriendly rude staffs and unprofessional service... Had new glasses and I found out something was wrong as soon as wear them. Everything I see is blurry and unfocused yet staff told me wait for 2 weeks. I waited 1 week but couldn't see anything so went back and they still didn't want to do anything with my glasses. One of staff fixed frame and told me try another week... I mean I can't see anything for God sake! So couple of days later I went back and did new eye check and turns out lenses are swapped! So since I need new lenses I told them I want the lightest frame so expected some assistance but there was none... I mean how I know which frame is lightest? Am I human scaling machine or something? So I chose one and got new glasses with right lenses but this time but it was too heavy. So I went back again to change frame and still no assistance... What the hell... I just wanted the lightest frame! And this time one of staff told me there weren't be another change of mind... Like some kind of threat... It was your fault why I am keep coming back! So I was gonna buy sunglass as well but this time I went another Specsavers. And service was fantastic! I got lightest frame as well. Even one of staff waited me with scale! Go another Specsavers!
