Purchased a used Skoda Octavia from these guys last year, and had the timing belt replaced by them as part of the negotiated price. However, when I went to service the car elsewhere half a year later, there was no record of this work. Naturally I assumed the worst -- that it had never been done. I checked the contract of sale and no mention of the timing belt.. so I had nothing except a verbal agreement.. I pretty much resigned, at that point, that I had been duped. Nevertheless, I contacted the dealership and asked if they could look into this. To my surprise, they got back to me very quickly saying they would look into it, and then shortly after another email from the service department attaching a receipt of the timing belt replacement for my car (rego, correct date, etc)!! What a relief!! And what a demonstration that there are some honest car dealers out there!! Will definitely be getting our next car from these guys.

Skoda spare parts department is seriously understaffed. Trying to get some attention to quote prices is almost a begging affair as if they are doing you a BIG favour. Arrogant to say the least. Understandably they know there's no alternative dealer in Perth metro area as the closest is further 60kms away in Mandurah. If Skoda wants to make a serious mark in Perth, it needs to add at least another two (2) dealerships with full parts and service departments....no wonder Toyota just can't be beaten as No.1 in WA.
My experience here has been exceptional, I got the best deal for my trade in and also great value when I purchased another car. Andy Cook and his team members have gone over and beyond to provide an amazing customer service experience through out, and ensured at every stage that all my requirements were met. Definitely recommend this place.
