Vicsuper used to be the best - friendly and efficient with good returns. After the latest merger their service has gone downhill. I just wanted to top up my super so I booked in to talk to a customer service representative which took a week and he couldn't answer specific questions.

The fact you manage people’s finances is both mind boggling and terrifying. Dealing with you in regards to settling my dear late mother’s estate is comparable to the grief itself. You are officially the worst organisation I’ve ever dealt with and I’m so incredibly disheartened by your incompetence and utterly disappointed at your ineptitude. I sincerely hope no one ever chooses you again to manage anything at all on their behalf much less their superannuation as you suffer sever difficulty in executing even the most simple task. A big thank you for making what is an incredibly difficult time all the more difficult.

I have a VicSuper account for more than 5 years. Always having great experiences with this superannuation fund. I have received a call from VicSuper recently relating to my withdrawal request. They are extremely helpful and assisted me with the processing of my request. The customer service staff (Fahad) was very friendly and helpful. I'm happy with their performance. High recommend to my friends and my family. Thank You.

In terms of customer service, VicSuper was fantastic. Seeking to understand my super and get some quotes, I spoke with Dimitri, who was super patient and took the time to explain things (and even re-explain things), set up my account online and helped with all my inquiries and questions. I just got off the phone with Vic Super they were extremely helpful and assisted me the whole way with processing our online superannuation contributions. I couldn't be more thankful. The online program is easy to use and the customer service staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Horrible experience. Although the assistance provided over the phone by the consultants whenever I called was always very nice and helpful , I must state the service provided as a company was absolutely awful. I lived in Australia over five years and I always had my super funds with VicSuper. When I left the country, I only had issues getting my money back. Everything were impediments and obstacles to be able to claim my funds. Furthermore, since I required an international transfer to an overseas account, I specially requested to be informed before the payment was made. Despite I had emails proving they agreed to inform me before, the payment was made without previous notice. Unprofessional. Finally, if you are in touch with them over email, do not expect to receive any answers. And if you do, these will come with a week's delay. I would never recommend Vic Super to anyone.
