Was assisted by a lady named Pauline, who gave me the best customer service possible. Went out of her way to help me and did everything that was in her control to ensure I was satisfied. She was also helping multiple unsatisfied customers whilst I was there trying her best to please them all.

Had my driving test today with an amazing Instructor named Bernie. Amazing guy and made me feel really comfortable during the test. The centre itself is busy, however the line and crowds move fairly quickly. Overall, I had a really positive experience and thank you Bernie for passing me!

The center is most too crowded. We gave our drive test here. The staff there is lovely and despite the rush, they are very nice. We had an issue as my wife got late as she stood in the line. They were very generous and let her take another slot on the same day. Both I and my wife cleared the test. Can't wait for the license, thank you all the ladies we've dealt with. You all are great!

We moved to Victoria few months ago, so we had to go few times to our Closest Vic Rd , which is Broadmeadows. The staff , I must say is always very polite charming and efficient...and they are super busy...Yesterday was unbelievably busy the queue was huge,(luckily we had an appointment to change our driving licence.). However, the staff was still calm, and it's not easy as a lots of customers can be very loud and rude .!!! Continue your good work..and be safe
