Had my passport application appointment today at the VFS Adelaide Office. Stephanie who was the Customer Service Officer who was handling my application was very helpful with her professional advise and great customer service. She pointed out and corrected the information that was lacking in the application which is very hard to find out sometimes :) from the website. She definitely saved me a trip back to the VFS Adelaide Office again and helped me file in my application once all the relevant documents were verified and accepted. I have best experience at VFS Adelaide. I was finding difficult to get appointment however when i walk in, staff help me out with their best capability even though they were so busy. They have answered all my queries. My recommendation to everyone if you have any difficulty with your appointment booking or your application, go and see them personally
It's such a breeze to get things done at VFS Adelaide. Prompt service, accurate advise and clear processes makes this one of the best visa services organization I have dealt with. Some staff are beyond exceptional and I had the pleasure of dealing with one such wonderful lady - Shubhangi. She went out of the way to help me and made my experience worth remembering. Fantastic work team - 5 stars all the way. Keep up the good work.
A great bunch of dedicated and helpful people at VFS Adelaide made our day today. I somehow misplaced one of my important documents at VFS Sydney office but the entire VFS Adelaide team especially Gurpreet helped us and found out the missing document. Adelaide team assisted us even it was not their concerned matter since we applied by ourselves with VFS Sydney. But Gurpreet assisted us and located the important missing document. Once again thank you very much guys for your dedication and professional approach. Keep doing the great work.:)

Amazing customer service. The staff were very helpful and especially this lovely lady Shruti who went above and beyond to help me with my pcc application. She was very friendly, upbeat and professional.
If I could give a star less than one, I would! The systems here belong to a different century all together! I have been trying to reschedule my appointment, but to no avail! The systems are not user friendly at all. Furthermore, I tried ringing the number hoping to speak to a person and reschedule that way, but the number has been busy since the last three days! Pathetic and deplorable state of affairs! Who has the time to leave work in the middle of the day and visit in person?
An amazing team of ladies, never flustered, bending over backwards to help customers. Great work, keep it up.
