I dropped in a Vase to be engraved today 25/11/2020. 15 minutes later I had a Vase with a beautiful hand engraved message which my other half Loved. Great price, great engraving, very professional

After getting quotes ranging from 100 for 4 glasses to 35 per glass for glass engraving, I was a little hesitant about going to Verralls due to their price being so good! I needn't have worried! My crystal glasses were engraved, with a name on each, just perfectly! Can't describe how happy I am and my husband's oncologist, who the glasses were for, thought they were amazing! Highly recommend Verralls for 'no fuss' sound advice and beautiful work!
I was appalled by the lack of customer service and quality of the product provided to me. The service was sub par and the shop keep was extremely rude and attacking to my polite feed back on the quality of service provided.
