Bought a pair of shoes in December 2020. The zip in the shoes split in February 2021. Brought them in for repairs. Was told it would take just that one weekend to repair, and that they would contact me asap. I have now been chasing for these repairs for 5 weeks, and with absolutely no news or updates about their status, except for "unforeseen circumstances", with *still* no ETA for completion. Absolutely ridiculous, both quality & service. Would not recommend.

Fantastic range of vegan footwear that are gorgeous - for vegans and non-vegans alike! Particularly liked the runners they were selling that looked like converse but are 100% more ethical - and cheaper too!
Absolutely love these sandals. Cute and Comfy! Had amazing friendly and super quick customer service when my order went astray - what more could you ask for? Vegan? Yes, that too!

Love the concept and range of vegan shoes. From reading other reviews, my experience seems different to most. In the past, I found it hard to get customer service support when I would visit the store. It was the same online, I sent an email asking for advice about which boots based on my size to reduce a chance of returns/exchange and never got a reply.
I had an unfortunate quality issue with a pair of shoes I recently purchased however I couldn't be more impressed with the way it was handled. Their response was professional, timely and the result far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back for my next pair!

I was that pain in the neck customer. I wasn't sure of what I wanted, called in over the phone over the course of several days, chopping and changing my mind, and even adding another item to the invoice at the last possible moment. Despite all this, every staff member there was absolutely LOVELY. Highly knowledgeable and very much devoted to their customers. I'm really impressed with their service, and of course, their selection!! Absolutely worth every penny, and will certainly be shopping there again!
