Oh my Word - They are very very unfriendly and not helpful at all... I had a terrible terrible experience just to ask a one simple question to them in regards to a product, The secretary just put the phone down in my ear !!!! Only reason they get one star is because I cannot post any thing without giving them a star...

This Company deserves no STARS. We are not Happy with the service, the Quality of work & the customer service was terrible, I rang 3 times not once did Jim have the decency to return my calls, to discuss the issues with the product they had supplied.
