REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF 2 OLD WALL MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW DAIKIN DUCTED AIR CONDITIONING UNIT THROUGHOUT OUR HOME. ALL THE TEAM WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL , CO ORDINATED AND ORGANISED . THEY CARRIED OUT THEIR WORK IN HALF A DAY AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE INSTALLATION. THE AIR CON IS GREAT. CANT WAIT FOR SUMMER. THANKS GUYS.

Beyond furious and frustrated with this company. Installed a ducted air-con unit into my new home that I purchased on the day of settlement 2 MONTHS AGO TO THE DAY. It has NEVER worked. The keypad is also programmed incorrectly. Real estate has tried contacting these people to organise a service and I was called by the real estate today whilst at work advising that the service man was 10 minutes away. I was not contacted ONCE to advise of the date they were coming and I work over an hour away from home. When I rang Vaccaro to sort this out I was informed that the only instruction they had was to call the real estate 20 minutes before they were due to arrive. I am not a tenant, I own the house so the real estate does not have access to my property. When I asked to have someone come out I was told the 29th OF JUNE. ALMOST 3 MONTHS POST SETTLEMENT. I was told that someone would be there between 8.30-2.30 but I work so asked if it could be 8.30-11.30. I was told that they didn't book specific times but I didn't ask for one, just a smaller time bracket. I was told that for this I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL JULY, 3 MONTHS POST SETTLEMENT. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL, THE INSTALLERS SHOULD HAVE COME BACK OUT IMMEDIATELY AS A PRIORITY

Extremely poor service. Not only did they misinform us during the electrical selection of our new home they then installed 3 airconditioning vents 35 cm apart in a line from kitchen to lounge area and none in the rest of the open plan sitting dining area's. They tried to tell us this was 'standard' yet I have not seen this ever before in any house. They also cut the aircon vent whilst installing down lights (now point one may make sense....). Now we are stuck with their TV points in the wrong spots to mount TV's and they are not recessed. They never answer calls, respond to emails, call you back. Would not recommend them needless to say.

Couldn't give a ZERO star. Worst ever customer service and Tech support... How can an organisation be in business with such poor support and customer service attitude? We are really appalled by their lack of interest with the customers...
