Their service is so bad that I could not run my business anymore without terminating their service. I tolerated them for 1.5 years and couldn't take it anymore so I decided to terminate them and paid a cancellation fee. There was basically no service at all. They promised an account manager but that never happened. Their staff come and go very quickly. Quite often when a situation happens, I find myelf repeating my case to a different staff to find that they haven't done anything about my matter. The cancellation process was very long and painful too. They deliberately (or it's just incompetency) delayed the cancellation process causing me to suffer longer and pay more. Extremely frustrating to deal with this company.

We are very happy with the services of V4 Telecom. Very good customer services - friendly and professional. Their prices are also cheaper than other telecom service providers. I would recommend V4 Telecom to everyone.

Was a bit reluctant to sign up for their business broadband initially. But they have kept up with their assurance for excellent customer service. If they are able to maintain this pace, I don't see any reason for switching.

Regarding Elizabeth Borr, she gave good customer service on 20 June 2018 but went beyond that to say if I ever needed to contact her again, just reply to an email she sent me, to bypass the phone queues.... that is rare service. Made my day easier...

Save your sanity and do not go with this company.. biggest waste of time unless you want to be on the phone to them every month when they add extra charges for no reason and no explanation. Worse company I have ever come accross!

I am very happy with my experience with v4. Andrea was very polite and efficient and restored my internet line very promptly. As a business I would definitely recommend V4 to other businesses.

So far so good. Been using their their repackaged NBN. Haven't faced any major issues. Support has been pretty quick to respond.
