Seriously avoid utopia for good sake, sick taiwanese boss exploits the students by working for free for a week without pay, using cheap ingredients,arrogant boss with flashy branded stuff in store and anti china owner, I will never support this kinda business rather throw the money into the sea than giving Utopia a freaking cent

Red bean sago wasn’t cooked (or reheated properly), hard like rocks... original tea was thick and bitter unlike the other utopia stores.

Screw Jack

Jack gave me a small tea, when I explicitly asked for a large. Probably because he has a small weener. I have been a loyal customer at this institution for three long years, however Jack's disgusting behaviour has not only ruined my day, but has also compromised my relationship with the Utopia franchise. Never again will I suffer through Jack's blatant disregard for serving sizes, his foul behaviour has left me heartbroken and with no choice- I am now forced to take my business elsewhere. It is now with a heavy heart that I bid Adieu to Utopia, we had a good run. Let it be known that this tragic turn of events is due to the malicious actions of one man, With Regret, 'ScrewJack'
