Some helpful notes for first time visitors: - Go to the 4th floor, you will clear security there and they will escort you to the consulate floor. - Your phone will be taken from you at security so you must have physical documents for presentation at your appointment. - Don't bring a backpack. - Arrive 15 min before your appointment at security. - Only the applicant for the visa is allowed in.

I don't see why there are so many negative reviews. The staff are formal, efficient and friendly. This is true, provided you have all the required documents (Which should be a given).

Lovely people, very organised and helpful! They can't put electronics into the locker so no laptops or ipads ... Make printouts of anything needed, and no electronic payment.

Totally rude and irresponsible people. Poor communication, arrogant manner. Really disappointed indeed.

My name is Abdul Syed. My first appointment was in Mexico the service was bad and staff had very limited knowledge in E3 Visa and my second appointment was in London again the staff has very limited knowledge of E3 Visa. My third appointment was today in perth. The lady at the counter very professional she understood what E3 visa category is for. Then i have been advised to wait for the interview. The visa officer was very professional and asked me questions which were subject to matter & relevant to E3 visa. Thanks to US Consulate perth staff.

Either they should not mention not to carry any proff docs , either they should not ask for it in the interview .. wastage of money and time.

As a US citizen living in Perth, I've found the service fast, reliable, and friendly for the multiple visits I've had.
