ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! Purchased a brush cutter and several others parts over the last year or so which was fine however when we took our chainsaw in for repair we waited 3 months and still was not repaired. We had to call them to followup with what was happening with it. Each timee we called we were advised that it would just be another week or so. At the 3 month point we were sick of waiting and went to pick it up, on a Saturday, to repair ourselves only to be told they couldn't find it. After 30mins of waiting we were told they would speak to the mechanic on Monday and call us. As we had no communication, except when we called them, over the 3 months they had it we were not leaving without it. We asked them to call the mechanic and finally got it back in pieces. They are happy to sell you things but unfortunately the service side of the business needs some major improvement.

The new owners Doug and Declan have fantastic customer service. All mower and equipment Repairs are fast with competitive rates. And its so easy to hire any of the equipment on site including trailers, chainsaws blower vacs or mowers if you need one asap.
Top bunch of guys
Lady sales person was very knowledgeable and personable, but not pushy. Good range of Stihl products. Parking at the door.
