Pretty good place for kids, they really enjoyed the laser tag, ninja park and trampoline. Good value for money. Facilities are well maintained and equipment seems to be of good quality. Not sure I'd come here in the hotter seasons, the fans do well but it wasn't a hot day. The mandatory 5 fee for spectators does leave a bitter taste, especially when other venues don't charge this and the only 'explanation' we're given is "it's so they can track people". It is quite loud but that's standard. The staff I encountered seemed friendly enough and pretty attentive. The cafe has a pretty good range of food for an on-site cafe

I took my 2yo kids here last weekend to play in the Kids Indoor Play Centre and they loved it! They had so much fun we will definitely be going back.

My grandson Riley had his birthday party here with his mates. Tully was the host who was extremely helpful and made their experience here great. There were smiles and laughter from the time they started to the end. Tully made sure the kids experienced each adventure. Thank you. Highly recommend this for kids parties. The catering was also value for money.

Best fun you’ll have since you were a kid! Tramps, ninja courses, rock-climbing and even skiing. Every age and ability catered for. Grab some skiing lessons before hitting the actual slopes, try the ninja wall or tramps. Such a fun place to learn skills and get a workout

Booked first family session on the dry slope and had a blast! We're snowboarders missing the snow and felt great to strap the boots on. Really experienced instructor. Would do a month of sessions to warm up for next season.

Skiing was excellent. This will test you in ways the real thing doesn't. Unless you're quite fortunate, you won't be familiar with 20-30 minutes of constant skiing. Your turns need to be technically perfect too as the unweighted ski grabs an edge very easily, my knees have some serious carpet burns... Great fun, give it a go.

Amazing place to get exercise instead of a gym. I know people can get exercise from walking and other things but this place takes exercise to new heights (literally as it has a indoor rock climbing). It also has a laser tag room which I won't lie I have engaged in myself when taking my siblings in the past because who doesn't love laser tag. It also has two trampoline section where people can jump around. Occasionally they put balls in trampoline section meaning that people are allowed to do dodge ball. They have a ski simulation which I won't lie I haven't had the pleasure of experiencing but I hope to in future. There is a parkour course and also a "ninja warrior course" like the famous show that anyone except for people under 120cms can enjoy! But don't worry there is a spot for the younger ones. I highly suggest that people visit this place no matter there age because everyone is welcome!

Jade is definitely a huge asset for urban extreme. I thought that I would show a young client of mine (I'm a disability support officer) the course at Urban Xtreme as my client is extremely fit and has never ending energy. What an awesome surprise for my client to have Jade there just as we walked in. Jade was amazing walking and coaching him through. My client blitzed the big ramp on the first go. Jade had him do it 2 more times to ensure he could do it and yep, my client blitzed all 3 attempts. Jade you made his day. The smile on his face is priceless and thank you for that.
