I would rate this place a 0 if I could. Waited half an hour for my wife’s food to be served to her cold and both of us without bread. When we asked for the bread, the manager advised he would be back with it only to never return. After the manager walked off, my wife tried the food only for it to be cold. Then after informing a poor young waiter that her dish was cold, he offered to reheat the food or to make it again. After taking the food back to be remade, he then came back, apologised and offered for a complimentary dessert on the house for one person. My wife advised the young waiter there is two of us here and he said he’d talk to the chef. The dish then took another 10-15 minutes to return minus the cutlery, then the young waiter brought two desserts back. The only positive experience from this place was the nice young girl at the counter and the young fella that had to cop the brunt of the situation, which we both told him we know is not his fault. Your manager and some of your cooks are a joke and I’d be looking to re-hire because this kind of service from some of the more senior members is pretty atrocious to say the least. My wife is currently eating whilst I write this, as I have finished my food 20 minutes ago. So much for a romantic evening.

Dinner was amazing! Every time I go there it does not disappoint me at all! Staff is super friendly and they have a genuine customer service! Sometimes it makes you feel at home as they are very warm and fantastic in starting a conversation while we order or even when checking if food was ok! Garden city staff is amazing and it is my favourite restaurant from any other Vapiano! Congratulations as you have employed a very good team! Thanks, Ingrid
Went to Vaps last night, great food great service, special shout out to Adam (Branch manager) and Vappiano's staffs on hosting (greeting)! Very polite and friendly! Tried Polo Spinaci plus some extras and also Calzone and they were super delicious\u200b. Thank you for always hosting a good time. Highly recommend!!
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman named Robbie who had an extremely vibrant, energetic attitude, which was fantastic to see particularly because the restaurant was far busier than usual. Regardless of this, Robbie was extremely accommodating and we were quick to get a table. We received our first meal within 10 minutes, a delicious vegetarian antipasti. Another gentleman behind the bar, Taps, was very polite and courteous, always willing to lend a hand when we asked for drinks or desserts. Our meals were fantastic value for money, we had leftovers which the staff were very happy to get a takeaway box for us. Overall, a fantastic evening made even better by the wonderful staff.
Went there for dinner tonight with my family the food and drinks were DELICIOUS. They were busy and we've been told that food would take 30 minutes but our entrees arrived quick just after our drinks. Really need to give a shout to Daniella the manager, she made our night, so friendly and we felt so special, she was always taking care of us and all the staff were very friendly. We had such a good time. Thanks Vapiano definitely coming back.

I went here with my buddy during a busy lunch period and thought that the wait may be long as all staff seemed busy. To my surprise, the wait was very short. The food came to us in an instant and there's this one girl who cooked the pizza and served to our table. Her name was Gaby. She was very friendly and welcoming. The place should hire more people like her. I will definitely be back to be served by Gaby.
We decided to dine at Vapianos for dinner. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Robbie who was friendly straight from the start. His service was next level. He looked after us all the way through from dinner to dessert. It made our night extra special. He is the best! Someone give this handsome red bearded man a raise!!
