I have been coming here for lunch for a few months now. Whilst the subs themselves are amazing and the salads are fresh, I feel as though lack of service lately have been really letting this place down. One time they forgot my chicken, but I didnt realise until I got back to work that I literally only had vegetables on my sub but because I had already stood in line for so long to get this sub, I had no choice but to eat what I was given. I mentioned this the next time I was there and was not even given so much as an apology. The last two occasions including today the line has been out of control, I witnessed the Uber eats orders getting main priority over customers who are in store. I might just have to start ordering Uber eats to work as I would actually get it faster

Wow... just wow and not a good wow.. out sub was disgustingly smothered in hot sauce. Everything fell out due to the amount of sauce! I also asked for jalapenos.. normally they're scarce of all ingredients but not this time! It burnt my stomach. Honestly it was horrid.

Wow whoever is the owner needs to really consider hire better staff. No one looked like they wanted to be there, my sub was wrong. Got asked if I wanted it fresh which I said yes, then the guy told the other staff member I wanted it toasted. On the other 6 inch I ordered for my partner, they forgot cheese so I finally had to mention it when they were about to put sauce on. Won’t be going back there on a Thursday night!

I think people needs to look at some another subway rather than coming to this place because some of the trainees needs be to smiling and presentable..making of my subway was terrible and after telling him to put the the things properly,he was looking angry..doesnt matter how much busy you are but you need to take care of every single customer..i wont take a single name of that guy but this is the second time i had a bad experience with subway..trainees need to be more well presentable and ..thanks
