The ladies were of absolutely of no assistance at all, the Asian lady kept glancing at my hands and seemed to be under the impression that I was there to steal. So no I won't be going back there's plenty more places where I can brows and shop for a bag and get decent service without being the unpleasant glares!

Friendly staff but appalling Chinese made quality. Paid nearly 100 for a simple briefcase only to have the “glue” unstuck from the frame of the case leaving a messy huge bulge in the briefcase. Didn’t even last 24 hours from first being used

Had beautiful service today by a lovely lady name Selina. Very helpful and customers service was just lovely. She helped me look for that perfect bag and purse for what I was needing.
Went into the store mid morning. There were no other customers in the store. Sales people were chatting to each other without acknowledging me. After a few minutes of looking, other people entered the store and were greeted with a good morning. Had intentions of buying but not after being ignored so left.
Staff at Strandbags Garden City and so friendly and helpful.
