What a joke of a store, looks shocking, charge more than other Chempro, and if you can avoid the women who doesn't wear a badge or uniform I would, she looks like she slept on the porch and waited for the store to open.

Went to get my sons script the girl on the counter took my medicare card. After driving away I realised that the card was never given back to me. So I had to go back though all the traffic at exit 57 at 3.30pm to retrieve my card. This wasted over 30minutes of my time all because the staff seems to have no system in place when giving you your card and script at the same time. Chemist warehouse never forgets. Maybe that is because they put scripts and cards in little baskets so everything is kept together. Maybe you should try it.

make sure you ALWAYS ask for a "price match" as advertised. otherwise This place is an absolute ripoff. my partner was charged 50 for amoxycillin and panadine fort generic. we didnt know any better until we recently went to get the repeats perscription at chemist warehouse helensvale that the each item was only 5 there. the staff here have a very unfriendly and aggressive attitide too, arguing and shouting at customers as if they dont want anyone to come to their store. avoid at all costs.

I had my make up done here because I couldn’t get into my usual place and they recommended I try here the girl Was lovely but the make up was almost like a practical joke . I got to my car , cried and wiped it off and after spending all that money had to go to my event doing my own make up . My right eyelash fell off in my lap . I never complain but if this prevents someone going through what I did I will.
