New franchise management are disrespectful towards tourists and people who live there. The Lack of cleanliness in park facilities and no WiFi is a joke. Roads are terrible throughout the park with potholes everywhere.

Horrible place, the new owners who took over charged all thier permanent people and tried to make out they hadn't been paying rent for weeks or even months so they could evict them, they are not nice people and nit honest...No communication just nasty people after money, was sad to see that place change from the great place it was

Stayed one night, should be two but checked out early. Very friendly staff who were helpful when we made a mistake with our booking. But the facilities are dreadful, kitchen was filthy, fridge gross, ants and flies everywhere. Saw someone cleaning in the morning, turned out to be a resident taking pics as she was so fed up with the conditions. Two toilets and two showers similar to what you would find on day three of a festival. Whilst renovations are underway - and seem to have been for some time - we didn’t see actual work taking place. The wattle hotel is a 20 minute walk away and serves lovely food. This site is probably a good place for workers but not for holiday makers

Stayed 4 nights. Very reasonable price for this time of year (easter). Tourist sites well maintained. Ablutions cleaned daily. The only negative (and only a small one) I have is that maybe the ablutions need larger exhaust fans. Very steamy and hot if you wanted to do your hair and makeup after a shower.

40 per night for a tent and 4 people (3 adults charge, kid free - infant) Place is run down... They called it "old", I call it "They never spent money on anything being fixed properly or updated". You get what you pay for, which for me was a camp site with no power and only use of showers/toilet. Due to non regulated pressure, I burned my friend when I turned a tap on. No lights anywhere, noisy street

Reading some of the past reviews the park has obviously had some recent upgrades, new and clean toilets and showers, plenty of room for larger vans and friendly staff, had a great couple of days here at a reasonable price for this time of year 23/12/2018. The only thing that some people may complain about is the fact you are quite close to the Hwy but did not bother me once I was inside the van

And to add to my review the management have also said that if you don't have amenities in your own van then you have to leave the park, harrassment, evictions, breaches and now bans for no reason at all which is against the law to do so i have the latest copy of tenancy and managers tribunal and caravan park laws it's a very good read and the amount of rules and laws management is breaking is appalling
