As I Am Fashion should make it clear from the onset (and not in the exchanges and refunds section right at the foot of the page) that customers are purchasing at their own risk - if the item is too big or small there is no chance of exchange. So people please beware as the items are not cheap and the suggestion of getting the item altered at the customers expense is the only alternative given.
