I have been with Up for almost 2 years now and they have such an amazing bank to deal with. Any little problem I’ve had I’ve just sent a message and it’s been fixed within a couple of hours at most. The team are always so lovely to chat with and don’t feel like I’m talking to a bank at all. Up is the bank that I recommend to everyone I know. I also love how they have savers and want to help you achieve your goals and they bring in financial advisors for extra content on how to save and achieve your goals. Overall they really just feel like family

I've been using Up for awhile now and I find it great. App is easy to navigate with cool features. I've found the monthly recap really useful. It displays in an easy to digest format what you have spent your money on really useful. Looking forward to more cool features being added as they grow.
Up is an amazing banking experience unlike anything else out there. The customer service team have always been very helpful, and the app is incredibly intuitive with great features. Sign up to Up - you won't regret it!
Great bank for small spending stuff but absolutely useless for large payments, tried to purchase a car and they wouldn't let me increase my daily limit and made me wait 12 hours to process an osko payment, then that didn't go through so they made me wait another 2 hours for a smaller payment. What a joke
Easy interface, lists your payment the easiest of way & even picks the logos of the shops you did the purchase with. You could see your payment pattern and got plenty of options to start many customised savers. Currently they pay 1.1% interest for your savings, given you complete 5 transactions in a calendar month. If this is not met, there in nil interest. Only flip side is, as everyone did, their interest rates are on the decline. When I joined it was 2, then 1.85, moved to 1.6, now it's 1.1. Still a refreshing experience. Recommended.

One of my favourite Australian apps. Great design, making it extremely user-friendly but also great features and providing a roadmap which are elements of a user-centric product. You can customise things like your up name, names of your saver accounts freely and in the future you can budget your spending! Honestly, you don't need any other bank for everyday-use. In love with this app and bank so much I'm considering closing my commbank and opening a brick and mortar account with Bendigo too.
Customer service is utterly useless. It's very cheap banking and nothing cheap works well. sent my card to the wrong place, they said they would get back to me and never did. you cannot speak to anyone directly it's all done through chat messages and they're very slow to reply despite advertising as super fast and lightning quick. You get what you pay for and you pay very little with up. I also don't like that it's just a big bank masquerading as a smaller community friendly enterprise which it is not.
