If I could leave a no star review I would. Absolutely horrified with the level of customer service. Been dealing with these guys for three days now trying to get a generator to power our Cafe and now I'm not getting any kind of response. You guys have wasted three days of my time when I could have been enquiring elsewhere now tomorrow ill have to keep the shop closed and run at a total loss on one of our busiest days. 100% would not recommend you to anyone.

Should be 0 star's. Do not use this company. Worst product, management and delivery I've seen in 20years. They are currently under investigation by worksafe for forcing employees to work within a facility that has extremely high levels of carbon monoxide fumes from the sheet metal fabrication and generators they test within the workshop. They provide the worst "turnkey" power solutions I've ever witnessed. The portable generator systems are built from cheap China products, re-wired below Australian standards by under qualified TA's, supported by the least experienced engineers and management I've seen to date. The overall product has extremely poor workmanship and not worth what they charge.
