I contacted Sam a few months ago for a quote on refinishing my staircase, which had never been properly sanded or varnished. Sam kept in contact, arrived on time for the quote and did a thorough inspect, offering great suggestions on how we could approach refinishing. Though busy until the end of this month, Sam managed to fit me in between jobs and did wonderful work, making my staircase look better than it ever has. He was also highly professional and respectful throughout, as was his employee. I'll definitely be coming to Sam to refinish my floors in future!

I typically don't leave reviews, however I was compelled to do so in this instance. Just by chance, I was walking my dog and came across an "Unlimited Floor Finishes" van parked on the street at a nearby house. I spoke to Sam and asked if he was interested in quoting my job. He came to see me within 15 minutes and provided a written quote on the spot. The price seemed reasonable, so I decided to engage about 2 weeks later. Sam actively worked with me to book in a mutually suitable time. He contacted me the day before the job as confirmation and arrived exactly on time each morning. The job that Sam and his team did was excellent. An extremely professional company that does a quality job. Sam and his team were pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Sam and his team did a fabulous job sanding and finishing our parquetry flooring. The floor was a very dark stain and we wanted it to be rejuvenated to the original colour. We were renovating our house and decided to refurbish the 130 years old baltic pine floor underneath. We contacted a few floor companies to seek advices. A friend who used Unlimited Floor Finishes for his floor then recommended us to speak Sam. Sam came within a day to look at the conditions of our floor (which was original, very uneven and rough), and he provided his professional advices on how best to revive the character of these old floor board, without pressuring us to go for one or another option. He was down to earth, polite, excellent in communication (eg advising time of availability etc) and punctual. Since we spoke we had to work with the ever changing COVID19 related restrictions and requirements. Sam is always very professional and thorough with their jobs. We are super happy with the finished look of the floor. The whole house looks fantastic and full of period character. Highly recommend anyone who is considering sanding and polishing your floors.
