I wanted to buy sliced ham but the size and thickness of slice was important for a recipe I had in mind. Biancha gave me excellent service. Not only did she liaise with me about my requirements but she also accommodated my request to put them in a pile with each slice laid out flat. And the ham? DELICIOUS!
