I went in for a bone density scan. I sanitised my hands, stood in front of a stand that took my temperature, put my sticker on. Then filled out a form for COVID, all good. But I had to squeeze my way through a crowd of students in gowns with no concept of making space for me to get past or social distancing. I put my mask on upstairs, had to go back to reception to pay and still the same situation? All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
