Went to travel expo and talked to Tayla from here. She told us she was always available which was a lie. When it came to booking things it took forever then had to chase it up with her. She told us we could book things on the tour we went on but we ended out missing out due to her lack of knowledge. Will never trust her or use this company again.

Couldn’t recommend the team more at this store. Gabbie helped me with the mammoth task of booking myself and 13 of my family members on a multi stopover holiday. Tayla organised mine and my husbands flights for our honeymoon in November and she was such a delight to deal with! She was very professional and discussed every option in detail with us to find us the perfect flights for the perfect price. Cannot recommend enough!! So lovely and helpful. They talk to you like a friend and listen to what you want whilst taking a budget into account. I have travelled all over and they have the best service I have seen from any travel agency. If you do decide to go in I recommend asking for Tahnee she's amazing and so understandable.
