Student Flights Hornsby have really gone above and beyond for me!! Kayla has been outstanding in trying to meet all my requirements for my first rather large solo trip. With such a big decision to take tours she did talk me through many options and activities, ensuring that nothing was left to chance and that everything would run well for me by the time I arrive in the US in just 2 weeks. I am really impressed with the good customer service that I have received from Kayla and from the student flights team and look forward to booking with them again for my next big trip!!

Never went there. Don't know why they want my review. I guess they must be really bad as they never sold me a trip anywhere. Just the fact they asked me for a review when I've never been there suggests they are dishonest. I will never deal with them.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with Student Flights Hornsby. For some unbeknown reason, our tickets were not seated together. Their solve was to seat us on the last row where the seats do not recline... The best they could offer was a 100 credit as compensation for sitting upright for a long-haul flight... Working in sales/client management myself, I expected much more from this mob. Avoid the Incompetence and spend your money elsewhere.

They can't help you to getting right ticket and just wasting your time and money . We booked a flight in city branches and paid deposit . but when we go to getting tickets . they told us you should pay 3000 instead of 900 . unbelievable . Talking nice but doing so bad

Air conditioned but a little squashed. Staff is moderately helpful.
