Alanah booked a rural China trip with over 10 cities including flights and transfers. She did this professionally and in a timely manner. Her communications channels were always available to me. I couldn’t flaw her in her customer service. I will be sending her a gift to express my appreciation s she went above and beyond. I am referring groups of travelling friends to use her also. I will use Alanah at student flights in any future travels I have.

never before have i seen a team work together so well. the communication between staff... the friendly nature of everyone. If i could rate them from 0 to 7, id give them at least an 8!!!

Very unimpressed with Student Flights. They constantly let us down. We booked our Europe flights with them and they didn't include luggage for our internal flights but said they would help us log in and buy more baggage. They never replied to our emails regarding this so we had to get our parents to do it instead. They promised a student card (as we didn't have our university cards yet) but didn't send our photos away to get them printed until the week before we left! (Despite having the photos for 1 month!) Our travel agent said she had them on express post, but when we drove to Newcastle to pick up our usual documentation, another agent said they 'don't even do express post, but it's okay because they won't be of any use overseas anyway'. Turns out those cards WERE useful and would have saved us hundreds on admission fees etc. throughout our trip. While trying to contact our travel agent during our trip, our emails kept bouncing back as she was constantly out of the office but when we asked for a different agent, she said it's okay, she can do it, but obviously never fulfilled her word and we never received a reply. Very unhappy with Student Flights, you can get the same flight deals at the Travel Agents around the corner in Charlestown Square, we checked.
