It was my first time to import products via sea shipping so I was very clueless. I was very stressed out with all the additional expenses on top of the requirement process etc., but Mil made sure he assisted me well by following up with me daily with updates and progress and took the initiative to coordinate with my shipper for other documentations that were needed. The time he was unavailable, he didn't leave me hanging but endorsed me to another colleague, Roberto who followed through. I like how the company is very responsive, professional and fast. You don't feel alone and lost. Somehow I felt secured that everything will be okay and flow smoothly through their assistance. If I were importing again in the future, I will definitely use this company. They're very patient, understanding and efficient. Great Customer Service!
