Lived here for 10 years. Once Unison took over management, things went down hill quickly. Close to impossible to get a hold anyone at Unison. You can leave multiple voicemails and no one returns your call. Addicts coming into the apartment's with injuries and blood all over the lifts, carpet and walls of common areas. Rubbish areas overflowing and filthy. Place in absolutely infested with cockroaches. Rent continues to go up each and conditions get worse and worse.

The building manager is unprofessional and rude. But otherwise it's a nice modern building in the city. Neighbours are generally respectful to eachother.

It's great that unison housing exists for low income earning and t mentally ill T flats are great and clean looking and modern. t security is very good. I am very happy I got the flat as I can't afford private rental and don't want moh. T other tenants really don't bother u. But t building is infested with croachroaches and black insects. Also bed bugs. t service is accepting responbility for this problem and a problem it is. They really should steam clean carperts with each tenantas some of t tenants here a very dirty. I can't believe they would evict u over smoking indoors. I think it's very hard of them.. Another great thing is there's no charge for bills. I love my little flat . it's an unsafe area at night for females. Otherwise it's a great service.
Don't support these parasites.worst affordable housing organisation in Melbourne by miles...there rooming houses/appartment complexes are filled with ex-cons, drug addicts disabled people ect and they charge them alot of rent considering the conditions of there properties and the tenants ruin whole areas by anti social behaviour ect and there magament of the properties are appalling . Aviod at all costs.
