I had such an incredible experience working with Mia at Unique Diamonds while creating the perfect custom ring for my now fiancee. She was so kind and helpful in the process, sending many 3D renders of the design along the way and helping to make any adjustments I wanted so that we could create a beautiful, one of a kind ring for my partner. I can't say enough good things about the whole process and the quality and craftsmanship of the ring which she absolutely LOVED.

I came here to see if my Pops ring could be repaired. I was asked to leave it there for the day so the jeweller could look at it to see if it was repairable and they would call me back. Called back the same day letting me know it was repairable and gave me a quote. I didn't bother looking around for other quotes I saw their 5 star reviews and let me tell you they have it for a reason. The ring I picked up today is what I imagined it would have looked like when my pop first put it on. I'm unbelievably impressed with pleasant staff and talented work they have done to take care of something that is very sentimental to me.

Despite initial concerns that I might be buying from a front for the Lord's Resistance Army, Unique Diamonds proved to not be a front for a Sub-Saharan African Militia Group and was also excellent value for money. Customer service with Mia was first rate and she completely understood the timing challenges of purchasing an engagement ring. I add that a free resize was included post purchase and that it was done to an excellent standard in very good time with zero issues. The ring itself was bought off-the-shelf and was of excellent quality for the price. This was based on the advice of a friend who had 10 years recent experience in the jewelry industry.
