When I came into the front desk, I was immediately greeted enthusiastically, which I was really impressed and shocked. After that, the pricing for my child's entry was lower than what I had thought I would pay. There were 3 different areas to play, not including what seemed to be the party room. The play ground was very clean, especially for the time of day and how many children were there. My child had so much fun and loved the obstacles they had there. The food was reasonably priced as well and hamburger was pretty tasty. The customer service was really good especially front desk and the women at the tuckshop. I will be coming here again soon and recommend anyone with a toddler to check it out.

I could see this business had been open for a while due to the lack of foam balls missing, air compressor ball guns not functioning correctly. Venue caters for the little ones and for parents to watch at the tables direction in front. There’s about four areas for your children to play in, venue also provides a selection of lunches as well as ice creams. Parking directly out the front with ease.

I got over charged my daughter who is 1 and was standing on the step while I was paying clearly the girl saw her and how old she looked asked me how old she was I said she’s one and she typed in the price on the till she didn’t tell me how much it was and just told me to tap my card me thinking I’d get charged for the 1 year old pricing got charged for the 3 years. My second time here and I don’t think I’ll go back as this place could go for a very deep clean it’s not the best clean wise.

Great place for kids to play and for adults to relax a bit. Safe clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and happy. I have read other reviews saying food is expensive, but I didn't find too bad. Food was very tasty and came out fast. Kids had a blast!

A great place to take children to play. The teenagers working there are kept very busy catering for parties and supplying the needs of visitors. It was quite crowded when we were there, so it was impossible to social distance. It was also disappointing to see booked tables vacant and shortages of seating and tables, the vacant tables were not used until close to 12:00. It also took a long time for tables to be cleared after people had left. BUT, the teenaged employed there were really overworked.it was a fantastic time for the grandchildren, but the 70 year old grandfather would have liked a seat.

Great play centre, there is so much to do here!! Miss 5 had a ball, kids meals come with a drink and choice of dessert. So much fun can spend hours here!
