I purchased an “ex demo” welder off WISE Integrated. The unit that was delivered was without a doubt a used machine. When I requested a remedy to the problem they refused to let me return the welder. Australian Consumer law states that I the consumer have a right to a refund when a product or service is not as described or advertised. By refusing to refund me they have not only broken the law but also my trust as a consumer. I feel ripped off, but ultimately I am disappointed. I can not recommend WISE Integrated. If I could give 0 Stars I would.

This place runs like a well oiled machine. Excellent service. Skilled and friendly workers. No job too big!
When it was time to retire our old welder, a call to Alex had him in our workshop in less than 1 hour with brochures and a solution. we did a trial that afternoon on the new Kemppi that Alex suggested would suit our needs, and we took delivery the next morning. Great Service advice and price, with little to no production downtime. Well Done!!
I really believe in good customer service but it's hard to come by. You have expert knowledge on hand to answer questions and explain things in detail which is invaluable for the self-taught welder, but you also have a really good range of parts and accessories. I'll certainly be back!!!
