I contacted Thomas Creative and requested a meeting on site to quote some work. They met me the next day which was great. It took some time and a number of attempts to get a quote for the work. Once I received the work, I approved some of this work and asked for an invoice. Unfortunately after 1 month the invoice never came. I emailed the company 7 days ago to see if they still wanted to do the work and I am yet to receive a response. Very disappointing.
