The attitude of this large company against my mother is deplorable and unacceptable! My mother who is 79 years old, suffering from heart failure, stage 4 kidney failure, dementia, is severely anemic and numerous other medical conditions was unfairly treated by these people. Her power was switched off, mirrors & loud speakers were placed on the unit complex, a tunnel created in the car port bushes for access into my mother's backyard, all done by a neighbor in the complex. This particular neighbour was terrorizing my mum but CHL decided to take the word of this nut case. There are two other residents in this complex that also voiced their concerns to the Mowbray Manager in March this year regarding this particular neighbour After all this was done to my mum, she received a Notice to Vacate after being in her home for 14 years. Letters were written by our lawyer to CHL asking for a meeting between us. The first response was NO, we will not have a meeting, the second letter written by our lawyer was NO RESPONSE at all. I am not after any financial gain, but I want my voice heard and I will not go away, “Little People” against the “Big Companies”.
