I would not hesitate to recommend Michael for prompt and courteous service. Same-day booking for a pink slip on a day when most other mechanics were closed. Very happy with the result.
Had to get my 07 Pajero inspected before I purchased it, and I must say, this happens to be the most honest, most polite, and friendliest mechanic/auto worker I've ever come across. Unbelievably irresponsible. A week before our roadtrip took my car to them, asked for a quote as breaks weren't feeling ok. Two days before the trip, still no idea of cost, received a text message saying the parts have been ordered but no guarantee work gets done! Asked for the cost again, got an "I don't know yet." And then a vague note "It's a lot of work, there is a leakage." Trapped in the situation as couldn't find another mechanic in a day, the worst experience ever.
I've been dealing with the manager Michael for probably 10 years and not only found him to be professional courteous and honest but a first class motor mechanic who knows his stuff and has a heap of experience - probably in the vicinity of 25 years. No, I'm not his dad or related in anyway but someone who has owned motor vehicles in excess of 50 years.
