These guys are a scam. Took my car in for a service. They seemed to be nice, did a good job, gave me a small discount (apparently), told me I needed to replace my brake pads as they were less than two weeks from wearing completely. Turns out they were only halfway through their service life. Avoid these guys if at all possible

Exceptional experience with them servicing my car. My car needed a few things being done, not only a quick call but also a full video and itemised prices ready to allow me to make a decision to go ahead or not. The pricing for the parts and work was also really good, really impressed.
The guys were amazing. They really cared about the condition of my car. They sent me a detailed online report with a video. They cleaned the interior of the car too. Will definitely visit again for the next service.

Considering the Groupon voucher, service value is good for the given price. However, the surcharge when choose synthetic oil is significantly higher than other service centre I knew. Also did not have much knowledge about specific car, such as fuel filter location and how to change it. Non accurate suggestion about battery needs replacement while the indicator on battery shows need charging but not the replacing indicator. Recommend if you just need normal service or easy repair, but don't expect they know details about your specific model.

I recently got the service done, there was a 99AUD promotion going on so I mentioned that.. I was told the wipers, air filter and cabin filter needs replacements and the total bill was around 276 I blindly trusted them Just two days later my front tyre went flat , I managed to replace with spare tyre( had minimal air). When I took the car to the tyre place I was told the front two tyres aren't road worthy and the car needs wheel alignment.. I ended up spending another 280 dollars.. My concert is these guys didn't bother to air up the spare tyre which is very basic.. didn't check whether car needs wheel alignment , didn't bother suggesting front tyre are run down.. Didn't bother airing up any tyres.. I paid 276 and trusted them with all the extras they mentioned.. that's the least I expect.. they advertise take promotion and suggest the airport etc. Replacement to everyone.. Never going there again
