It has been 10 months using the mattress "orthopedic visco memory foam mattress-queen" and the mattress has sunk on one side. The service and delivery was fast but the mattresses don't last. I was fooled by the pricing and advertisement. You will see that most of the comments and reviews are when receiving the mattress but nothing down the track after usage. 800 fown the trash. I will update you once the warranty team decide to reply to there emails.

Went to the store today for a mattress and an ensemble base. The customer service was phenomenal. The staff was so helpful and knew what I want. He never tried to pressure me to buy anything. I will be back soon for another bed in my guestroom.
The staff at this mattress shop was very helpful in helping us choose the right mattress. We are Very happy with the comfortable King mattress we got. Delivery was on time. Would highly recommend them.
BUYERS BEWARE. Worst mattress in Sydney. I paid 600 for a double bed mattress. Only lasted 2 months. Sunken in totally, the outer material casing was falling apart. Over 10 emails as you cannot talk to anyone. They even wanted 85 one way to supposedly pick up the mattress. All leading on, lost 600. Like throwing away 600 in the toilet. Extreme back pain, knee pains, neck pains, pain everywhere woke up unable to walk as bottom of the feet hurt like someone has bashed you with a baseball bat. I had limited income to buy this mattress. Out of pocket. Had to buy a foam mattress from Fantastic Furniture. Department of Fair trading should stop this company. Using the COVID Virus as an excuse not to have a telephone contact number. Big loss, big disappointment. Shocking.

Warning. This is a filthy, smelly place, located in a dusty, dirty, dingy basement. Mattresses are grubby, and the prices were not even cheap! Scary to enter, unattended - had to phone a mobile number to get assistance.
