Good place but open just 3 days a week
I would not recommend this place if you're using parcel point - worst experience ever. I had an absolutely pathetic experience at MBE Broadway. Had to go three days in a row to receive two parcels - the person servicing us took no responsibility for his mistakes. He handed us two parcels that were for other people and if I had not double checked, I would have had to come back for my actual parcels. If I could leave less than one star I would.
The service was so helpful with great follow up for my international delivery.

They close earlier than stated on Google. They stopped answering their phones after 5pm and are closed by at least 5:25pm.
Sent a ebay return parcel here but I can't agree with the good reviews . Was told to tape my parcel myself, and they don't even have handheld tape dispenser, just an office-use small tape. Very unprofessional service.
A great place with great customer service. They are always going out of their way to help as best they can. Great local place!
