This hidden gem is fast becoming our favorite for Malaysian food. The vegetarian laksa is top notch. The broth is a good balance of spicy, sweet and creamy— and leaves you feeling satisfied but also wanting more. The eggplant stir-fried in salted duck egg yolks and curry leaves is out of this world YUM— it’s even more moreish than the laksa. Pair it with the coconut rice and you’ve got the most heavenly food coma coming your way This place is dangerously addictive

Food was delicious and everyone in our group enjoyed them. I had a Hokkien noodles which was 16 and the portion was quite big. Food was ready within 15 minutes. There is an outdoor area as well as indoor seating for dining. A very nice experience.

The combination fried noodles was very good with the egg drop gravy. The Satay chicken was dry, and seems to have been made with chicken breast. Ok if you like this cut of meat for your Satay but my preference is with chicken legs. The sauce looks to have been made from scratch and was delicious. It was very busy and the staff were friendly.

Excellent food from a long established restaurant. The fact they have been around for more than 20 years is testament to the quality.

It’s a hidden gem tucked away in a little known corner of Broadway, but boy is the food fantastic. The owners are always very friendly, the food is cooked fresh, the portions are generous, and the cuisine is authentically Malaysian. I feel like I’m eating from a genuine hawker stall in Penang or Kuala Lumpur. The pricing is very reasonable and it’s hard to leave feeling anything but satisfied.

FIVE STAR rating on this hidden Malaysian gem with plenty of traditional and authentic, delicious flavours! I absolutely adore their curry battered prawns, char kway teow and chicken rice dishes. My friends absolutely give rave reviews for this place too - thanks for a great experience! A Chippendale MUST TRY :)
