Friendly typical kopitian in Malaysia. Food freshly home cooked by owner. Must visit this place if u miss the typical KL food!

Delicious food. Enjoy eating Hainanese Chicken Rice and tofu on weekend!

We visited this old place recently just for the sake of their two dishes i.e. the Hainan chicken rice and the stir-fried lo see fun or mouse rice noodle. Both dishes were nice, and at least one of them is still nice. The chicken rice is still one of the best in Sydney. The rice noodle though lacked the most important ingredients i.e. the crispy lard chunks and it was better presented in a small clay pot to maintain its warm temperature longer. The lady in kitchen mentioned that they changed the menu due to health concern from some customers, but for some who wanted the original version, they can accommodate the lardy chunks by request. Too bad I did not know that information before ordering. Prices are reasonable, but you still can only pay by old-school way i.e. cash. Customer services were a bit patchy, but still reasonable for a small casual restaurant. The place looks a bit old now, so don't expect much ambience either. Most people (including us) don't go there often because of the greedy Sydney council with their draconian and expensive car parking rules for the area.

Authentic Malaysian cuisine. Highlight for me was the chicken curry laksa. They also do a good Lo hei for new year.

Been here many times. Food is delicious, authentic and consistently good! If you're craving Malaysian food, definitely give this place a visit. Setting is authentic too. Feels like sitting in a kopitiam back home. Highly recommended!

Surprisingly authentic. Good Char Kuey Tiao. Chicken rice is pretty close to what you get from Malaysia. This place even has sour sop drink which was a big surprise. Definitely would recommend. Do note this is a Cash Only place.

Really Enjoy the Hainan Chicken rice here, the chicken rice made me feel like come back to Singapore. And tofu also taste yummy but a bit salty for me. Even have had my first custard apple juice in Sydney, taste pretty much the same in SG. Will definitely visit again.
