Billy Blue has been absolutely exceptional for me! I have studied there and have now obtained my degree. The teachers are so supportive, encouraging and really genuine. I could not be any happier with my selection of university, and have loved every minute of studying at Billy Blue!

My experience here was exceptionally poor. Teachers were overworked and didn't care. They're capitalising on covid by stacking classes remotely. Severely disappointing experience. With the course being so expensive I thought better, but the money clearly doesn't go into educating.

Terrible student service, I will rate 0 stars if I can.

I am a current student at Billy Blue and could not be happier with my decision. The process from inquiry to enrolment was so easy and stress-free. The course advisors were amazing - guiding me through everything and assisting me with any questions i had along the way. The teachers are also extremely knowledgeable, approachable and engaging. The awesome campus is just a bonus!

Billy Blue has completely changed the trajectory of my life and career. From the encouragement of enrollment staff, to the vote of confidence given to me by academics I have achieved my personal goal of becoming a user experience designer. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Wanted to find out more information for a diploma level course and most likely enrol and no response after 5 days. I thought 'Well okay, fair enough.. They are probably busy I will give them a call'. I called them up directly and was put into a queue. After 10 minutes of waiting in a queue the line starts to ring. It rang for a further 5 minutes before I was prompted that no one was able to take my call and to dial later. This was in the middle of the day in the middle of the week in the middle of a semester. If this is how hard it is to get in contact with someone at the college then I cant imagine what the online alternative must be like. Poor customer/student focus. No staff it seems. Possibly closed permanently? Not even Torrens University answers their calls. Id suggest to avoid if possible.

Online teachers are terrible (aside from very few) In many of my online classes my teachers don't bother replying or giving me feedback for my work which is the point of having a teacher. Lots of responses are along the lines of 'how insightful' which doesn't help anyone. There is no mediation between teachers marks. Absolute waste of money if the teacher can't be bothered to do the work.
