I used there mailroom to have an address for all my mail. That worked fine till Corona hit. Now for months they are not sending my anything, while I know there has been mail coming in, they are impossible to reach on phone, when I asked when my service year was ending and if there hasn't been any mail for the last 4 months, I had 3 automatic email of warnings that my expiring in 3, 2 and 1 month 6 days before it was expiring... They never mentioned anything about my recieved mail in these last 4 months. It is very annoying to leave rather important info with a company that then can't do the simple thing that you paid them for to do. There might have been very important mail in there that had to been processed by me.. I understand the Corona crisis is hard on your company, but you should keep doing such an important mailservice that people rely on and paid for.

Honestly, Ultimate Oz is the best guided tour I have been on. Not only is it the perfect balance of activities and free time; I can guarantee your tour guide is up for a week full of spontaneous moments meaning you leave the tour with a week of unforgettable moments and memories to last a life time. Bec is a great laugh, banter is seriously on fleek! #expelliarmus she has shared her life story and she has consolidated my future aspirations! This tour allows you to gain a greater understanding of the possible choices you can make in Oz! This allows you to organise your next year or two insuring you make the most of every possible moment! I have had the most amazing and eye opening 3 weeks travelling the east coast with Ultimate travel. Such a good value for money trip & couldn’t recommend more. I had such a great tour guide - Paul who made everything super fun and hassle free. With all the amazing things we saw up the east coast - he really made it the best experience possible. Also he’s a great photographer and my instagram is gonna look AMAZING
I am on the Sydney 1 week trip. It has been an amazing experience so far. Plus the workers at the office (and on the trips) have been nothing but exceptional with my travel plans and questions. Especially Aline, Sam, Callum and Bean. Thank you very much guys for all your help!
I had a 21 Days East Coast Trip with Ultimate OZ. The Trip was well organised and full with different and interesting activities. On the other side we had enough time to relax and to do our own stuff. Our guide Paul spend his time for us whenever we needed it! It was an unique and amazing time I spend in Australia thanks Ultimate OZ and our Guide Paul.
Ultimate will happily take your money but will fall flat when processing refunds. I booked a flexi east coast tour which included a boat trip to the Whitsundays. The boat was cancelled due to bad weather back in March(completely unrelated to covid), when I requested a refund, which is about 500. 14 weeks later and still no sign of the refund. Ultimate have been corresponding with me through email, however it has been impossible to speak on the phone. They have given at least 4 deadlines for when to expect a refund but have failed every time. This is an incredibly bad customer experience. This review is not to blame any member of staff specifically, as it is beyond their personal control, but a complaint about the business and their impenetrable refund policy.
I started the Ultimate Oz Sydney trip at the beginning of September 2018 and it was absolutely amazing. It was such a great way to meet a group of people within the first week. We did loads of awesome trips around Sydney and Port Stephens which I probably wouldn’t have done if I had gone on my own. Lastly, our tour guide Shana was incredible! She was so helpful and knew so many tips and tricks about Sydney and the east coast! Thanks Ultimate Oz!
