Great bloke crazy range of tackle.
Walked in and owner was chatting with a mate. Asked for some help about what product to use for a specific situation and he pointed at a wall without answering the question and making a joke. Had to finish his conversation before helping customers. Then couldn’t provide clear advice on basic queries having to be lead along with yes/no questions. Half way through talking he turned and asked someone else if they needed help. Rude, unhelpful and clearly uninterested in the business.
